I wanted to thank you for your efforts in putting my system back to normal, and I especially want to send you a note commending George for his work correcting not only my smart thermostat but a number of other issues as well. George went out of his way to return to our home to complete what he had started earlier in the day. Unfortunately, he was called away for another assignment, but within a few hours he returned and completely and thoroughly rewired for the new thermostat and had our system right; various small mechanical deficiencies in both heating and cooling modes were noted and corrected on the spot. With all the work I’ve had going on in this new home, it’s a pleasure to have a contractor/vendor take the extra steps needed to really satisfy the customer, and George did just that. He showed me complete honestly, trustworthiness, professionalism in his approach to problem-solving. He told us how to correctly operate the system in both heating and cooling modes as well as how to work the smart thermostat (which is not always smart!), and it took about 18 hours to get temperatures right but all is finally comfortable. The return air grille recommendation from Ralph was the biggest mechanical improvement to the system’s operation. Now I finally feel like our HVAC systems are in outstanding condition, and I want to thank you both for your help.
