Dear Sir or Madam: Once again I would like to thank you for the fine work done by one of your employees. A little over a year ago you installed a new furnace and air conditioning system in our home. It has worked beautifully since then, and your service people have been exceptionally nice to deal with on the two occasions they have come out to do semi-annual inspections. But today Jeny Kahl did something that went over and beyond anything one would expect in regular service. Some moisture had been escaping from the end of the vent for the furnace and it was getting into the shingles on the outside of our house and causing the paint to peel. Jerry rigged up a piece of aluminum flashing, painted it to match the shingles, and installed it personally, with the same meticulous care that he used in the original inspection of our home, even to the point of curling the flashing up under the bottom of the shingles to make it indistinguishable from the shingles themselves. It was very thoughtful of him to do that, and just another example of why I think so highly of your company. You can be assured that whenever anyone asks me for a recommendation for furnace and air conditioning work, yours is the only name I give them. Thank you most sincerely.

Dear Steve: We want to write you this letter to let you know how pleased we are with the installation of our Trane Furnace and Air Conditioning System provided by your topnotch organization. From the start, Jerry was the consummate salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable and had great patience while Harry pondered over all possible technical details before deciding which system to buy. He did not pressure us for a decision, was responsive and demonstrated genuine concern about this very important decision. All of the technicians who came to work on our system were here on time as promised. You visited us several times to calculate ductwork dimensions as well as to make sure everything was going smoothly. To our great surprise, that was just the start. Many homeowners do not have an in depth knowledge of all aspects of home construction. Harry does, and he was impressed beyond all expectations at the level of precision and craftsmanship preformed by everyone involved. Jason, Jim, John, josh and Eric all did excellent work, were more than happy to answer all of Harry's questions and were willing to provide attention to detail and all reasonable customer requests associated with the installation. Mr. Lederer, I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased I was by three of your employees. Last Thursday, Gary, John and Dan arrived to install our new heat pump. They were neatly dressed, courteous and pleasant The lead tech Gary, kept me informed for instance when the water had to be turned off for a short time. Whenever I was in ear shot of their conversation it was clear that they had a good working relationship with one another and I never once heard any objectionable language. That is rare these days. It was quite apparent that they were highly skilled. My husband and I had to leave to go out of town before they were finished, but I was confident, that everything would be left in order when they left and we were not disappointed. I would be remiss, if I did not mention Jerry Kahl. He endured many phone calls and questions from me, as I deliberated over which system to get. My system underwent a semi-annual maintenance this past Monday. The inspection and work was performed by Jonathan. I must say that he represents Frosty Refrigeration in the highest manner. He was polite, personable, articulate, respectful of his surroundings and very thorough in his work. It would be remiss of me not to give George a sincere high-five for his work yesterday in our incredibly hot and cramped attic. We know it was a miserable job, but he certainly stuck with it. All seems to be working today… another hot and miserable day that would be insufferable with A/C. We hope he is not in another attic today. Thank you for all the work you do to get us back on-line with our Carrier products too. Jonathan and John have our thanks as well because they too experienced our attic situation while figuring out the distributor fan motor’s decline (and replacement) and the cause of the constant drip from the secondary run-off spigot. Vicky thank you for your thoughtful explanation. I did think about getting an attitude but decided a better way was to consider the people who were struggling to cover all of our needs, and I reminded myself that I have always had great service. I did wonder then, if I would get a rush job, but not the case. Your technician, Brandon- did a wonderful job and he just kept working no matter how late it got with an exceptionally great attitude. I appreciated his call to inform me how far away he was. Your gentle and humble attitude go a long way in making us know that we really do matter. You guys are awesome!

I wanted to thank you for your efforts in putting my system back to normal, and I especially want to send you a note commending George for his work correcting not only my smart thermostat but a number of other issues as well. George went out of his way to return to our home to complete what he had started earlier in the day. Unfortunately, he was called away for another assignment, but within a few hours he returned and completely and thoroughly rewired for the new thermostat and had our system right; various small mechanical deficiencies in both heating and cooling modes were noted and corrected on the spot. With all the work I’ve had going on in this new home, it’s a pleasure to have a contractor/vendor take the extra steps needed to really satisfy the customer, and George did just that. He showed me complete honestly, trustworthiness, professionalism in his approach to problem-solving. He told us how to correctly operate the system in both heating and cooling modes as well as how to work the smart thermostat (which is not always smart!), and it took about 18 hours to get temperatures right but all is finally comfortable. The return air grille recommendation from Ralph was the biggest mechanical improvement to the system’s operation. Now I finally feel like our HVAC systems are in outstanding condition, and I want to thank you both for your help. Finally, for George, please forward this note of customer satisfaction to the manager and let him/her know that I highly and enthusiastically recommend George for any type of HVAC service, and we really appreciate his efforts for us. You have top-notch mechanics with the right attitude; George took his time to diagnose my issues, methodically checked each piece of equipment, serviced the units correctly the first time, and treated the customer with respect and honesty.
